Tall Trees Barn, Dunsby, Bourne
Join me for a day of grounding yoga, deep rest and nourishment in the cosy Tall Trees Barn at Dunsby. This is an opportunity to unwind fully and recharge your batteries - a real treat for the mind, body and soul!
We'll begin with a slow flow yoga class which will involve soothing pranayama (breathwork), deep stretches and a guided relaxation.
A warming, nourishing lunch will be served and you'll have some free time to explore the gardens overlooking fields and orchards, go for a walk through the quiet, quaint village of Dunsby or perhaps curl up indoors with a cup of tea and a good book.
In the afternoon we'll enjoy a restorative yoga class using bolsters and blankets to soften into deeply relaxing yoga postures. Our day will finish with a deep rest yoga nidra meditation, soothing the nervous system and helping you to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
Only 10 spaces available.
Tickets are £80 per person with the option to split the payment over two months.
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the retreat.
Guests must be aged 16+ and the retreat is open to all levels of ability.

Join me in the beautiful Norfolk countryside for a cosy weekend retreat. This is an opportunity to step away from your usual routines and devote some quality time to resting, recharging and reconnecting with yourself through the practice of yoga, meditation and relaxation.
West Lexham is a holistic retreat venue set in an idyllic river valley with ancient trees and abundant wildlife. Almost entirely powered by renewables, it is the perfect eco-friendly paradise to unplug and recharge away from the hustle of your daily routine.
Our food will be lovingly prepared by Celine (check out her amazing dishes on Instagram @nourishedbyceline) and can be entirely plant-based if necessary.

Room options:
Shared room for 4 people with ensuite: £525 per person
Shared room for 2 people with shared bathroom*: £600 per person
Shared room for 2 people with ensuite: £650 per person
Private room for 1 person with ensuite: £950 per person
*The shared bathroom is only shared by two bedrooms.
All rooms have the option of twin beds or a king bed.
This cost covers everything for the whole weekend: a variety of yoga classes, meditation sessions, yoga philosophy workshops, nutritious meals cooked lovingly by our private chef and beautiful cosy accommodation.
Payment plan:
£150 per person is required as a deposit to secure your place. The remaining balance can be split over multiple monthly payments.
